HOW IT WORKS: Beginning 7/9/2003 at 12:00:00 AM (EST) through 8/10/2003 at 11:59:59 PM (EST) go to www.RBK.com and register to become a Sports Crime Squad Investigator. You may register at any time during the promotion and will receive all clues that have been distributed up to the time you register. You will then have access to the Whodunit commercials (including commercials not available on television), additional evidence, and you will also receive additional clues as they are made available during the promotion period via email and SMS text messaging. When you think you know "whodunit" and the shoe he used to commit the crime, you can enter your answer at the website beginning 7/28/2003 at 12:00:00 AM (EST) through 8/10/2003 at 11:59:59 PM (EST). If you are correct, you will be entered into the random drawing to win the Grand Prize. If you are incorrect, you will not be entered into the drawing. You have only one chance to answer. After submitting your answer, you will then receive access to an online commercial revealing the correct answer. Limit one registration per person and per email address. Persons found to have multiple registrations will automatically be disqualified from further participation in the promotion and will not be eligible for the grand prize. 2. Random Drawing: A random drawing will be held on or about 8/12/2003 from among all eligible registered investigators who correctly guess the suspect to select the Grand Prize winner. Decisions of judges are final. Winner will be notified by phone or email at Sponsor's discretion. Odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received. 3. Prize and Approximate Retail Value: (1) Grand Prize - An ATR wardrobe. Prize includes ATR shoes, shorts, top and headgear. Grand Prize winner will also receive a trip for winner and guest to the next Above the Rim photo shoot at a TBD location. Trip includes round-trip coach airfare to major airport nearest winner's home, hotel accommodations (double occupancy), and a visit to the next ATR photo shoot (ARV $3,500). 4.General Rules: Open only to legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States who are 14 years of age or older at time of entry. Employees of Reebok, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible. In the event that there are no further Above the Rim photo shoots scheduled, the trip portion of the prize will still be awarded. No substitution or transfer of prize permitted except that sponsor reserves the right to substitute prize of equal or greater value in the event that an offered prize is unavailable. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission to the sponsor and its agencies to use winner's name and/or likeness for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation unless prohibited by law. By accepting prize, winner agrees to hold sponsor, its respective directors, officers, employees and assigns harmless against any and all claims and liability arising out of use of prize. Winner assumes all liability for any injury or damage caused or claimed to be caused, by participation in this promotion or use or redemption of any prize.
